Behind CK Agency are two women who believe insurance should be about more than policies. It's about people, relationships, and showing up when it matters most.

Courtney Seguin and Kaylee Creed bring years of insurance experience and complementary strengths to CK Agency. Courtney began her career with Allstate in 2009, while Kaylee entered the insurance industry in 2013.

Since opening CK Agency in 2021, they've worked together to build an agency centered around genuine care, strong relationships, and exceptional customer service. Their dedication has helped CK Agency maintain Elite Agency status since opening.

Courtney focuses on agency operations, team development, and sales training. She's passionate about investing in people, building a positive workplace, and empowering her team to deliver the level of care every customer deserves. Kaylee brings a passion for customer relationships, community involvement, and helping families feel confident in their coverage decisions.

Their commitment to making a difference extends beyond the office. Courtney serves as Board Secretary for CASA of Saline County, supporting children in foster care. Kaylee serves on the Young Professionals Network Board for the Little Rock REALTORS® Association and the board of Leadership Saline County.

Outside the agency, Courtney and Kaylee are wives, mothers, and proud members of the Central Arkansas community. Courtney and her husband, Chris, have two sons, while Kaylee and her husband, Tim, have three children.

Together, they strive to create an agency where customers feel like people, not policy numbers, and where taking care of others is simply the way business is done.
